🌊 Release & Receive: Somatics & Restorative Yoga

This 90-minute class is an invitation to soften, let go, and be deeply supported. Through gentle somatic practices—like subtle spirals, self-touch, and breath awareness—you’ll release layers of held tension and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm. From there, we’ll move into long, supported restorative yoga postures designed to cradle you in comfort and ease.

This practice is about shifting from doing into receiving—allowing your body to rest fully, your mind to quiet, and your heart to open. You’ll leave feeling spacious, grounded, and nourished from the inside out.
